Officially Finished Objects

And as I blocked (since my last post) I thought once again "Why do I always put this part off? It's so quick and easy."

So now I can officially introduce my new favourite sweater. I am absolutely happy with everything about it and am already thinking ahead to "the next time I make this". I'm thinking a second version with a bit more length, a chunkier yarn and a pattern in the bottom section.

The fastening works like a charm (and it's pretty too!) and the style is relaxed and comfortable for the Kindergarten carpool lane and a never-ending list of errands to run and shopping to do.

Pattern: Foxtail (Rowen)
Designer: Sarah Hatton
Yarn: Rowen Tapestry (22 sts = 4 inch)
Needle Size: US6/4.0mm
Yardage: 9 skeins (1178 yards)
Raveled here.

Later this week, some more knitting news (and if you're keeping count Patty, yes I'm breaking the 'one-at-a-time' rule...gasp).
