In these last days before Senior Kindergarten returns to a full schedule (a full day is still over a week away), we've had several last minute home-day requests.
Baking was the latest, and it didn't take much to convince me of the merits of something quick and chocolate-filled.
In this 'last of the summer' moment though, I looked at the pudding, remembered a package of waffle cups, and knew exactly what was needed on top (butterscotch, chocolate, and some leftover pots for the purists - I'm thinking 'breakfast?').
